My son's skin looked just like that - he wouldn't bend his legs they hurt so bad. It wasn't due to steroid withdrawl because he'd been off them too long at that point - it was when his eczema just kept peaking and we had no idea what was causing it - before we had found all his triggers. It may have been in April when he has it worst each year from allergies.
Poor guy. And hugs to you. I know what it's like - it's heart breaking and brings such a feeling of helplessness.
ok not milk itching fit...i meant a mild itching fit!
ReplyDeleteLoren, I am no doc so you need to get it checked but the itching is living nightmare! The main symptoms are the redness and burning. Good luck hon x
ReplyDeleteDid I spot a pet bed? Have you checked for animal allergies? Poor guy. I just want him to heal and take the itchies away!!!!

Oooh, ditto on the pet comment. It may be a hard reality, but for many children, like my little guy, animals can trigger eczema.
